Effective Date: March 1st, 2026 Last Updated: March 29th, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Don’t Sweep Me (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our service or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Don’t Sweep Me provides SMS reminders and downloadable calendar files (.ics) for street sweeping schedules. All products and services are delivered electronically.

Service availability may vary by city or region. Coverage areas are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of sign-up or purchase, including your phone number and email address. Don’t Sweep Me is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

2. No Guarantee / User Responsibility

Don’t Sweep Me makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any reminder, calendar file, or schedule data provided through the service.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable parking rules and regulations in your area. Receipt or non-receipt of any reminder does not create liability on the part of Don’t Sweep Me for any resulting parking violation, fine, ticket, or towing expense.

Calendar files are provided as a convenience only and are not a substitute for verifying your local street sweeping schedule directly with the relevant municipal authority.

Notification Settings Responsibility

Don’t Sweep Me is not responsible for whether reminders are surfaced or displayed on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that notifications are enabled on your phone, computer, tablet, or any other device, and that your operating system and calendar application are configured to display alerts. Failure to receive a visible notification due to device settings, Do Not Disturb mode, app permissions, or operating system behavior does not constitute a failure of service.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Don’t Sweep Me, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for:

This limitation applies even if Don’t Sweep Me was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Don’t Sweep Me’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Don’t Sweep Me, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS reminders, you consent to receive automated text messages from Don’t Sweep Me at the number provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that the phone number provided at sign-up is accurate and current.

Don’t Sweep Me is not responsible for carrier delays, carrier restrictions, or delivery failures outside of our control.

Discontinuing SMS Service

You may discontinue SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP to any text message alert from Don’t Sweep Me. Reply HELP for assistance. Discontinuation of SMS service does not automatically remove previously imported calendar events from your calendar application.

5. Calendar Files & Downloads

Don’t Sweep Me may provide downloadable calendar files (.ics) for user convenience. By downloading and using these files, you acknowledge that:

Discontinuing Calendar Reminders

You may discontinue calendar reminders at any time by deleting the relevant reminder events from your calendar application. Deleting calendar events does not automatically unsubscribe you from SMS reminders. To discontinue SMS reminders, reply STOP to any text message alert.

Discontinuation of either service does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice and without refund.
