Digital Product Delivery
Don’t Sweep Me provides digital products, including SMS reminders and downloadable calendar files (.ics). All products are delivered electronically.
Delivery is considered complete when any of the following occur:
- A calendar file download link has been generated
- An SMS reminder has been dispatched to the phone number provided at checkout
- A reminder has been triggered through any connected service
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of purchase. Errors in phone number or email address provided at checkout do not constitute grounds for a refund.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once delivery has occurred as defined above.
We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Missed reminders
- Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete schedule data
- User error, including incorrect setup or configuration
- Notification settings on your phone, computer, tablet, or operating system that prevent alerts from displaying
- Failure to receive SMS due to carrier delays, carrier restrictions, or device compatibility issues
- Calendar import or syncing issues across any platform or device
- Time zone, device setting, or third-party application conflicts
- Circumstances beyond our control, including carrier outages, platform downtime, or operating system changes
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Refunds are not available for any reason not covered by the Goodwill Exception below.
Goodwill Exception
We want every customer to feel good about their purchase. While all sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and
- The service has not been meaningfully used
The service is considered meaningfully used if any of the following have occurred:
- Any SMS reminder has been sent to the number provided
- Any calendar file has been downloaded
- Any reminder event has been triggered
To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your card issuer or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may submit evidence including delivery logs, SMS dispatch records, download link access timestamps, and records of policy agreement at the time of purchase.
- Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access to Don’t Sweep Me services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy and agree to contact us before initiating any payment dispute.
Changes to This Policy
Don’t Sweep Me reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
