Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQs

Does this work in my city?

We currently have calendars build for a few select cities in Massachusetts. If your city isn’t listed or your schedule looks confusing, use the Customize Calendar Reminder. You can manually build your exact reminder schedule based on your street signs or local rules.

How do I set up multiple sweeping days (like 1st & 3rd Tuesday)?

Our system treats each schedule as a separate reminder. If your street has multiple rules, just add each one as its own product to cart:

Example:

• 1st Tuesday → add 1 product

• 3rd Tuesday → add 1 product

• 2nd Thursday → add 1 product

• 4th Thursday → add 1 product

Then check out 4 products together.

When will I receive reminders?

Text reminders are sent the evening before scheduled street cleaning.

Do I need to download an app?

No app required. Text alerts work on any phone. Calendar sync works with Google, Apple, and Outlook.

Is my information secure?

We only collect the information necessary to send reminders. We never sell your data.

What if I still get a ticket?

We use official city published schedules for all reminders. Before purchasing, please confirm the schedule listed on your city page matches the street sign on your block.

If something looks incorrect, contact us and we’ll review it promptly.
