How do I sign up for text alerts?
To sign up for text alerts, purchase the Text Alert option for your city. During checkout, please leave your phone number in the order note so we know where to send the alerts.
Can I customize my alert preferences?
If your street cleaning schedule is different than what’s showing on the website. Please contact us, we can customize one for you.
When will I receive reminders?
Text reminders are sent the evening before scheduled street cleaning.
